Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Chinese Teacher for an on-site position in Bernards, NJ. The teacher will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging Chinese language and culture lessons
• Managing classroom activities to create a dynamic learning environment
• Monitoring and tracking student progress
• Providing feedback to students and parents
• Fostering enthusiasm and curiosity for Chinese language and culture among students

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Chinese teaching and education, with a focus on language proficiency and cultural knowledge
• Experience in lesson planning and creating engaging, effective class content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Previous teaching experience, preferably working with school-aged children
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for teaching
