Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Chinese Teacher based in Bernards, NJ. The key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Chinese language and culture lessons
• Managing classroom activities effectively
• Engaging students in a dynamic and interactive learning environment
• Tracking student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Fostering a passion for Chinese language and culture among students

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Chinese teaching and education, with a focus on language proficiency and cultural education
• Experience in lesson planning with the ability to create engaging and effective class content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Previous teaching experience, preferably with school-aged children
• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for teaching
