We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Bilingual Video Content Creator (Intern/Part-Time) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include creating, adapting, and optimizing short-form content for a global audience across platforms like Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), TikTok/Douyin, WeChat, YouTube, and Bilibili.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about social media trends and eager to experiment with the latest AI video generation and editing workflows.

Who You Are

• Social Media Native: You understand the "vibes" and algorithm rules of both Western (TikTok, YouTube) and Chinese (Little Red Book, Bilibili, Douyin) platforms.
• AI-Forward: Familiar with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen, and CapCut/Jianying to streamline production and create experimental content.
• Technical Foundation: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Live Stream Savvy: Comfortable setting up basic equipment for live streaming on WeChat, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Bilingual: Capable of writing captions and editing scripts accurately in both English and Chinese.
• Self-Starter: Able to independently develop rough ideas into polished, "ready-to-post" videos.

What You'll Do

• Create & Adapt: Shoot and edit short videos tailored to platform-specific aesthetics (e.g., high-quality for XiaoHongShu, fast-paced for TikTok).
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools for auto-captioning, voiceovers, background removal, and B-roll generation.
• Live Stream Support: Assist with weekly live streaming sessions and handle technical setup.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor video metrics and suggest trending "viral" hooks to boost engagement.
