What You’ll Do 📝

As a vital member of our Nursing Team, you will enhance the patient experience and support clinical operations through various responsibilities:

• Educate patients on treatment plans and medication use 💊
• Assist clinicians and laboratory staff in fertility and women’s health procedures 👩‍⚕️
• Support consultations, testing, and treatment coordination 🩺
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in person 📞✉️
• Help with scheduling, triage, and answering general inquiries 📅
• Deliver compassionate, professional service to every patient ❤️
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve care 🤝
• Uphold clinical standards, policies, and regulatory compliance ✅

What We’re Looking For 🌟

• Over 1 year of experience in a medical office or patient care role (nursing, medical assisting, reception, or coordination) 🩺
• LVN/LPN preferred; Certified Medical Assistants accepted 🎓
• Not currently interested in RNs
• Full fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese, including medical terminology 🈶️
• Professional fluency in Cantonese, Shanghainese, Vietnamese, and basic Spanish is a plus 🌏
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and EMR/scheduling systems 💻
• Knowledge of medical terminology; ICD-10 experience is advantageous 📝
• Local to Arcadia, CA for in-person interviews and training 📍
