Project Details & Requirements

• Scope of work:
  • Communicate directly with the supplier in Mandarin
  • Confirm pricing, MOQ, and production details
  • Source a simple off-the-shelf compartment organizer box (similar to attached image)
  • Coordinate basic kit assembly and re-packaging (sorting beads into compartments)
  • Support initial shipping coordination for Amazon (US)
