The Child Advocate at the Center for Hope's Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) is dedicated to providing assistance, support, and a nurturing environment for children and youth visiting the center. Employing a child-friendly, trauma-informed, and trauma-responsive lens, the advocate aims to promote effective coping skills, healthy development, and family advocacy during the case management process. This role involves creating an optimal environment through education, play, mindfulness practices, and therapeutic activities to support young individuals' well-being.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Language Skills: Spanish bilingual preferred
• Experience: Prior trauma experience required
• Case Management: Experience preferred
