🚀 The Opportunity

The Chief of Staff to the Founder/CTO at Cyera is the vital link between Tamar, our customers, R&D, and GTM teams. In this role, you'll gain a unique perspective at one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies, acting as Tamar’s primary leverage point to multiply his impact.

This role is highly service-oriented and designed to maximize Tamar’s productivity, not just administrative. You’ll prepare him for external engagements, lead cross-functional projects, and enable him to focus on customer interactions and product vision.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of experience, is a first-principles thinker, a graduate of a top-tier university, and bonus points if you speak Hebrew. 🧠

🔎 Responsibilities

• Leverage Point: Act as Tamar’s primary support, ensuring complete preparation for all engagements with customers, investors, and partners.
• Customer Engagements: Prepare for and attend customer meetings, working closely with account teams and understanding the business and its customer base deeply.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Own and execute projects that connect R&D, customers, and go-to-market efforts.
• Proactive Support: Anticipate needs and clear obstacles proactively, freeing Tamar to focus on customers and product strategy.
• Information Refinement: Simplify complex data into actionable insights and concise briefings for Tamar.
• Follow-Through: Manage commitments and ensure accountability across teams.
• Representation & Execution: Represent Tamar in meetings, capturing decisions, and driving execution.
• Customer Experience: Support customer-facing interactions to ensure world-class experiences.
• Thought Partnership: Serve as a sounding board and problem solver, embracing first-principles thinking.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in consulting, product, finance, venture, or operating roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Undergraduate or MBA degree from a top-tier university.
• Proven ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills across executives, engineers, and customers.
• Ownership mindset, with a track record of driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
• Deep curiosity and a service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel 30–60% of the time.
• Located in NYC.
