Job Details

• Location: Glenview, IL (Hybrid - onsite Tue-Thurs, flexible with prior approval) 🚗
• Job Type: Contract (potential to become permanent)
• Duration: 12 Months ⏳
• Hours: Monday to Friday / Flexible 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm 🕗
• Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour 💵

Responsibilities 🔬

• Develop and enhance analytical testing methods.
• Implement new equipment at QA/QC laboratories and plant floor stations.
• Document work practices and testing procedures diligently.
• Provide training to both hourly and salaried team members.
• Lead project update calls to ensure seamless progress.
• Roll out cutting-edge technologies for measuring the composition and structure of substances in a food manufacturing environment.
• Support project execution and follow-through.
• Document Ways of Working and create comprehensive training materials.

Requirements ✅

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and fluent in French.
• Ability to work independently following established guidelines and instructions.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable and adaptable within an analytical laboratory setting.
• Industry familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Ability to troubleshoot analytical testing systems.

Travel 📅

Estimated travel occurs 1-2 times per month, typically lasting 2-3 days, mainly between the USA and Canada.
