Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food service, with experience in fine dining and intimate settings. As a Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation and overseeing kitchen protocols. Experience in Northern & Southern Italian cuisine is preferred. Primary Duties
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation 🍲
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends 🥗
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food production 👩🍳👨🍳
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary 📦
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment 🚨
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring timely service and quality presentation 🎉
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity 🤝
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role within the food service industry 🍽️
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food production techniques 🔪
- Experience in fine dining establishments or banquet services is highly desirable ⭐
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively 🌟
- Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences ✨
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail ⏱️

Salary & Bonuses: Based on revenue, ranging from $1,600 to $2,000 per week 💵
