Canoe Island French Camp, a vibrant summer camp focused on French language immersion and outdoor activities, is seeking a dedicated chef to prepare exceptional meals for a lively community of 80 campers and staff. Our kitchen team includes a professional chef (perhaps you?), a second skilled chef specializing in breads and baked goods, and four enthusiastic teenage volunteer assistants assisting with prep and dishes.

Position Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible, ideally mid-May
• Duration: Through late September
• Schedule: 6 days a week
• Compensation: $185 per day
• Living Arrangements: Private room and board in a charming house overlooking the Salish Sea

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in professional kitchens or catering
• Ability to independently plan and prepare three scratch-made meals daily for 80 people
