About the Job

As an Account Executive on the Latin America Partnerships team at Odoo, your mission is to actively pursue warm leads and recruit organizations to join Odoo's partnership network throughout Latin America. Partners granted access can sell and implement Odoo products alongside their existing solutions. Your role involves managing relationships within your territory, undergoing training within the Odoo ecosystem, and closing deals through tailored software implementations. We value proactive, results-driven individuals with a "get it done" attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP using data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation strategies ๐Ÿ“Š
  • Develop revenue growth strategies leveraging the Odoo lead scoring system, project business revenue, and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities ๐Ÿ’ผ
  • Analyze strategic changes, extract data, identify trends, and create dashboards for managerial reporting in Odoo software ๐Ÿ“ˆ
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure within planned timelines ๐ŸŽฏ
  • Collaborate with future partners to design and negotiate customized implementation packages ๐Ÿค

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent education and experience ๐ŸŽ“
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (professional or native/bilingual) ๐ŸŒŽ
  • Strong understanding of software and emerging technologies ๐Ÿ’ป
  • At least 1+ year of B2B sales experience ๐Ÿ’ผ
  • Excellent communication skills ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • Curiosity about business operations and eager to learn ๐Ÿš€

The estimated annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Salaries vary based on education, experience, achievement, and location.
