About the Job
We are hiring Partner Account Executives for our expanding Latin America Partnerships team. In this role, you'll engage with warm leads from interested companies, guiding them through evaluation, onboarding, and implementation processes.
You'll manage the full sales cycle — from discovery and qualification to product demos and closing deals. The initial 2-3 months involve on-site training focused on Odoo’s tools, products, and sales strategies. This position suits a proactive, consultative individual eager to own their pipeline.
Responsibilities 🚀
- Partnership Recruitment: Use data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation to recruit partners for Odoo ERP software.
- Revenue Strategies: Develop revenue growth plans by utilizing Odoo’s lead scoring system, identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and customizing ERP solutions with Python and SQL.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract data, analyze trends, and create dashboards within Odoo for management reporting, tracking key metrics.
- Sales Objectives: Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure within set timelines.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with potential partners to design tailored implementation packages, negotiating to meet their unique needs.
Requirements ✅
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (professional or native level in reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong familiarity with software and emerging technologies
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity about business operations and processes

Compensation Range
The role offers a salary between $70,000 - $90,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors. This range includes commissions or variable pay where applicable.
