The Role: Channel Account Manager
We’re hiring Account Managers to support and grow our network of implementation partners. You'll work closely with partners to help them sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of applications, serving as a trusted advisor to enhance their sales, manage projects, and scale their Odoo practice.
The first 2–3 months involve fully on-site training focused on product knowledge, partner models, and go-to-market strategies. We seek collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful individuals.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Train partners in effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
- Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance
- Encourage continuous learning and skill development among partners
- Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships
- Collaborate on customizing implementation packages for end customers
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
- Implement cross-functional operational processes for efficiency
- Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and clients
- Discover opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo competitively
- Contribute to developing a customer-centric strategy
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- French fluency — professional or native/bilingual
- Passion for software products
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualities 🌟
- Experience with ERP systems
- Background in SaaS companies
- Immediate availability
- Additional language skills, especially Spanish

Compensation Details 💰
The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) ranges from $70,000–$90,000, with a base salary between $50,000–$70,000. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, professional achievements, and location.
