About the Role
We are seeking Account Managers to support and grow our network of implementation partners. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners to help them sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications as part of their service offerings. 🤝
Key Highlights:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to improve partner sales performance, manage client projects, and grow their Odoo practice
- Initial 2-3 months on-site for comprehensive training on our product, partner model, and go-to-market strategy
- Looking for someone collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful
Responsibilities
- ✅ Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
- ✅ Coach partners to enhance their sales processes and overall performance
- ✅ Promote continuous learning and skill development among partners
- ✅ Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- ✅ Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
- ✅ Collaborate on customizing implementation packages for end-customers
- ✅ Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet needs
- ✅ Implement cross-functional operational processes for efficiency
- ✅ Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
- ✅ Seek opportunities for process optimization and automation
- ✅ Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo competitively
- ✅ Contribute to customer-centric strategy development
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- French fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ERP
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Available to start immediately
- Additional language skills, especially Spanish

Compensation Details
The estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) range is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary between $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors like experience, education, and location.
