✨ Job Overview
Odoo is seeking talented Account Managers to nurture and expand our network of implementation partners. You'll work closely with partners to facilitate sales, deployment, and post-sales support of our integrated ERP solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator. The first few months are dedicated to intensive onsite training to familiarize you with our products, partner model, and go-to-market strategy.
🏢 Work Location & Application Guidelines
- Hybrid (3 days onsite at Brisbane, CA & 2 days remote)
- Maximum of 3 applications within 12 months to ensure efficiency

🎯 Responsibilities
- 🔹 Train partners on effective sales and implementation of Odoo software
- 🔹 Coach to improve sales performance and project management
- 🔹 Promote continuous learning and skill development among partners
- 🔹 Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- 🔹 Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
- 🔹 Collaborate on customizing implementation packages for clients
- 🔹 Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet diverse needs
- 🔹 Implement cross-functional operational improvements and automation
- 🔹 Enhance communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
- 🔹 Work with executives to understand client needs and position Odoo competitively
- 🔹 Contribute to customer-centric strategic planning
📝 Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- French fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills

- ERP experience
- Background in SaaS companies
- Immediate availability
- Additional languages, especially Spanish

💰 Compensation Range
The estimated annual **OTE (On-Target Earnings)** is $70,000 - $90,000, with a **base salary** of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, and location.
