About the Job

We are seeking passionate Account Managers to support and develop our implementation partner network. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with partners to assist in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo's comprehensive suite of business applications.

Serve as a trusted advisor to improve partners' sales, manage client projects, and expand their Odoo practice. The initial 2-3 months involve fully on-site training to familiarize you with our products, partner model, and market strategy. We value candidates who are collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies 📚
  • Coach partners to enhance sales processes and performance ⚙️
  • Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners 🌱
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success 🤝
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships 💼
  • Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers 🎯
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs ✍️
  • Implement cross-functional processes to boost operational efficiency ⚙️
  • Streamline communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers 🔄
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation 🚀
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage 🎯
  • Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies 💡

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 🎓
  • French fluency (professional, native, or bilingual) 🗣️
  • Passion for software products ❤️
  • 1-2 years of sales experience 📈
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment 🌪️
  • Excellent communication skills 🗣️

Salary Range

The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) ranges from $70,000-$95,000, with a base salary of $50,000-$70,000. Actual compensation varies based on education, experience, achievement, business needs, and location.
