About the Role

We are seeking talented Account Managers to support and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners to enhance their ability to sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of applications as part of their service offerings.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners to improve sales, manage client projects effectively, and grow their Odoo practice. The initial two to three months involve intensive on-site training focused on product knowledge, partner model, and go-to-market strategies. We value collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Train partners in effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies 🏫
  • Coach partners to enhance sales processes and performance 🚀
  • Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners 📚
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success 🤝
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships 💼
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers 🏗️
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs 📝
  • Implement cross-functional processes for operational efficiency ⚙️
  • Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers 💬
  • Optimize processes and identify automation opportunities ⚡
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage 🎯
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategy development 💡

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 🎓
  • French fluency (professional or native/bilingual) 🇫🇷
  • Passion for software products 💻
  • 1-2 years experience in sales 📈
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment ⚡
  • Excellent communication skills 🗣️

  • Experience with ERP systems 💾
  • Experience working at a SaaS company ☁️

Compensation Range

The estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary between $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, achievement, and location.
