About the Role

We are seeking talented Account Managers to strengthen and grow our network of implementation partners. In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will work closely with partners to support their sales, implementation, and support of Odoo's suite of applications.

As a trusted advisor, you will help partners improve their sales performance, effectively manage client projects, and scale their Odoo practices. The first two to three months will involve onsite training to familiarize you with our product, partner model, and market strategies. We seek a resourceful, business-savvy, and team-oriented individual.

Responsibilities 📝

  • Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation techniques.
  • Coach partners to optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Promote continuous learning and skill development among partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners for sustained success.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow partnerships.
  • Work with partners to customize implementation packages for end clients.
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs.
  • Implement cross-functional processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Improve communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers.
  • Identify areas for process automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a strategic solution.
  • Contribute to developing a customer-centric strategic approach.

Must-Have Qualifications ✅

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual).
  • A strong passion for software products.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications ✨

  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a SaaS company.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish.

The estimated annual OTE (on-target earnings) ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
