About the Job 🎯
We are hiring Channel Account Managers to support and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you will closely collaborate with partners to help them sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications as part of their service offerings.
You will act as a trusted advisor, enhancing partner sales performance, managing client projects, and scaling their Odoo practices. The first two to three months are dedicated to in-depth, on-site training to familiarize you with our product, partner model, and go-to-market strategy. We're seeking someone collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful.
Responsibilities 🚀
- Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies
- Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance
- Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
- Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion
- Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
- Implement cross-functional processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Streamline communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Partner with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
- Contribute to developing customer-centric strategies
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual)
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years experience in sales
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving field
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications 🌟
- Experience with ERP systems
- Work experience in a SaaS company
- Immediate availability
- Additional languages, with Spanish preferred

Salary & Employment Details 💼🔍
The estimated annual compensation package ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual salaries will be determined based on education, experience, qualifications, and location.
