The Role: Channel Account Manager 🎯

We are seeking dedicated Account Managers to support and expand our partnership network. You will work closely with implementation partners to assist them in selling, deploying, and supporting Odoo’s comprehensive suite of business applications. As a trusted advisor, you'll help partners improve sales, manage projects, and grow their Odoo practices.

The initial 2-3 months are dedicated to intensive on-site training, focusing on product knowledge, partner models, and go-to-market strategies. We value collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful professionals.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• Train partners on effective Odoo software sales and implementation techniques
• Coach partners to enhance their sales processes and performance
• Promote continuous learning and skill development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships
• Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
• Implement cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency
• Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
• Identify and drive process optimization and automation initiatives
• Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
• Contribute to developing customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education & experience
• Professional proficiency in French (native/bilingual preferred)
• Passion for software products
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills 🌟

• Experience with ERP systems
• Background in SaaS companies
• Availability to start immediately
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish

Salary & Employment Details 💰

The estimated annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
