Channel Account Manager (French Fluency) 🇫🇷

Join Odoo as a Channel Account Manager and play a vital role in supporting and expanding our network of implementation partners, helping them succeed with our innovative ERP solutions.

Location & Work Arrangement

Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite in Brisbane, CA, and 2 days remote.

About the Job

We are seeking talented Account Managers to support and grow our network of implementation partners. You will work closely with partners to assist in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo’s suite of business applications, enhancing their service offerings.

As a trusted advisor, you will help partners improve sales, manage client projects, and scale their Odoo practice. The first 2-3 months are focused on intensive on-site training to familiarize you with our product, partner model, and go-to-market strategy. We’re looking for someone collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful.

Responsibilities 📝

  • Train partners in effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to boost sales performance
  • Encourage ongoing learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for sustained success
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for clients
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet needs
  • Implement cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Explore opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
  • Contribute to developing customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✅

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have 🌟

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience working in a SaaS company
  • Immediate availability
  • Additional language skills, especially Spanish

Compensation Range 💰

The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, with a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000. Salaries are subject to variation based on education, experience, achievement, business needs, and location.
