About the Job
We are looking to expand our vibrant Channels sales team. This role offers independence, flexibility, and opportunities for personal growth. As a Channel Account Manager, you will develop expertise across multiple industries by managing Odoo's diverse partnership network.
You will work closely with partners to generate leads, assess project feasibility, deliver demonstrations, and close deals. This role offers a chance to learn how Odoo's extensive suite of over 50 applications can solve various business challenges.

Responsibilities
- Train partners on effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies
- Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance
- Promote continuous learning and skill development among partners
- Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
- Implement cross-functional processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
- Seek opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Fluency in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual)
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- ERP experience
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Immediate availability
- Additional language skills, especially French

Additional Details
The estimated annual compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, with a base salary of $50,000 to $70,000. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, professional achievements, and location.
