The Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Odoo, you'll work closely with our implementation partners to assist in selling, implementing, and supporting our suite of business applications. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners improve sales, manage client projects, and scale their Odoo practice.
The initial two to three months are on-site and focused on intensive training to equip you with the knowledge of our product, partner model, and go-to-market strategy. We seek someone collaborative, resourceful, and business-savvy.
Responsibilities
- Train partners in effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
- Coach partners to enhance their sales processes and performance
- Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
- Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships
- Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customers
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
- Implement cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency
- Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
- Contribute to developing customer-centric strategies
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional fluency in French
- Passion for software products
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving field
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Immediate availability
- Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) preferred

Compensation & Diversity
The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary between $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
