About the Job 📝

We are hiring Account Managers to support and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners to assist them in selling, implementing, and supporting Odoo's suite of business applications as part of their services.

As a trusted advisor, you'll help partners improve sales performance, manage client projects, and scale their Odoo practices. The first two to three months involve fully on-site training to familiarize you with our products, partner model, and go-to-market strategy. We're seeking someone collaborative, business-savvy, and resourceful.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Train partners on effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies
• Coach partners to enhance sales processes and performance
• Foster continuous learning and skill development among partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing success
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs
• Implement cross-functional processes to improve operational efficiency
• Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
• Identify areas for process optimization and automation
• Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ✨

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluency in French (professional or native/bilingual)
• Passion for software products
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have ✅

• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience working in a SaaS company
• Immediately available
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish

Compensation Range 💰

The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary range of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, experience, achievements, and location.
