🔎 About the Job

We are seeking talented Account Managers to support and expand our network of implementation partners. In this role, you will work closely with partners to facilitate sales, implementation, and ongoing support of Odoo’s comprehensive suite of business applications. You’ll act as a trusted adviser, helping partners enhance sales performance, manage client projects, and scale their Odoo practices.

The initial 2-3 months involve intensive on-site training to familiarize you with our product, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies. We value candidates who are collaborative, business-minded, and resourceful.

📝 Responsibilities

  • Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies
  • Coach partners to improve sales processes and overall performance
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement among partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and partnership expansion opportunities
  • Work with partners to customize implementation packages for end clients
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements tailored to partner and customer needs
  • Implement processes to optimize operational efficiency
  • Enhance communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and clients
  • Seek opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategic initiatives

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Fluent in French (native, bilingual, or professional proficiency)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Background in SaaS companies
  • Immediate availability
  • Additional language skills, particularly Spanish

💰 Salary & Employment Details

The estimated annual target earnings range from $70,000 to $90,000, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and location.
