About the Job 🎯
As an Account Executive within the Latin America Partnerships team, your mission involves engaging with warm leads and recruiting organizations to join Odoo's partnership network across Latin America. Partner organizations can resell and implement Odoo products, leveraging customized solutions with skills in Python and SQL. You will also manage ongoing business relationships, participate in training, and develop skills to close deals and support software implementations effectively.

Responsibilities ⚙️
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP, utilizing data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT strategies
- Develop revenue strategies using Odoo's lead scoring system, projecting business growth and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Perform data analysis, trend reporting, and dashboard creation within Odoo software for managerial insights
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management
- Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages in a consultative manner with partners
Requirements 🎓
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English (professional or native/bilingual)
- Strong knowledge of software and emerging technologies
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity about business operations and processes

- Ability to foster a friendly and collaborative team environment
- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience
- Motivation and curiosity to understand business owners' needs

Salary Range: Estimated annual compensation is $70,000-$90,000 OTE, with a base of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, and business needs.
