We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual CFS Office Agent to support our Container Freight Station warehouse located in Compton, CA. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and assisting with daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and offering professional assistance.
• Process orders accurately and update systems promptly.
• Verify logistics data, including shipping documents, airway bills (AWB), and inventory records, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to facilitate smooth inbound, outbound, and distribution operations.
• Track shipments and deliver real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Organize and maintain relevant documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support daily office operations such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists.
• Assist in preparing reports such as shipment statistics, inventory summaries, and irregularity reports.
• Perform bookkeeping duties like expense verification, invoicing, and managing accounts receivable/payable to ensure financial accuracy.
• Update internal systems to ensure real-time data synchronization.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
