External Job Responsibilities 📝

• Provides personal caregiving services according to an established plan of care.
• Supports the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes.
• Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepares meals and manages special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping activities.
• Administers medications under delegation from a nurse, with proper certification and licensing.
• Performs Passive Range of Motion exercises with current credentials and annual CE completion.
• Supports vital sign monitoring for informational purposes only.
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Offers compassionate companionship to patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Caregiver license (HCA/CNA) required, renewed annually.
• Ability to comply with BCCU background checks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
