About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and efficient CEO & Store Manager Assistant. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate directly with the CEO and Store Managers to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and spearhead key business initiatives. This role combines administrative support, data-driven operational management, and hands-on involvement in our learning centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • 🤖 Support AI Growth Initiatives: Assist the CEO in driving AI-powered growth, including coordinating AI marketing projects across offline learning centers, robotics programs, homework support services, and robotic companion initiatives.
  • 📝 Operational Support: Oversee daily tasks for learning center staff, assist in tracking KPIs and reviews, and monitor sales revenue to ensure business objectives are met.
  • 📊 Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate detailed summaries and business reports on lead tracking, conversion rates, trial classes, and revenue breakdowns to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • 💼 Sales & Marketing Participation: Engage in offline learning center sales, performance monitoring, and marketing campaigns to enhance revenue. Negotiate with suppliers for teaching materials and educational robots, ensuring favorable terms and supply stability.
  • 📩 Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, staying responsive and prompt in replying to messages and requests.

Qualifications

  • ✅ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Project Manager.
  • ✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable reports; excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • ✅ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), KPI tracking, and performance management; experience with AI tools or customer service operations is highly desirable.
  • ✅ Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of identifying operational risks while proposing structured solutions.

Schedule

💼 Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). You will have 2 consecutive or non-consecutive weekdays off.

Compensation

$48,000 - $52,000 per year.
