Location: Remote | Time Commitment: 5–7 hrs/week

Tikvah means hope in Hebrew — and that’s exactly what we aim to bring through every film we produce. We are a faith-based production company dedicated to telling redemptive, Christ-centered stories with excellence and heart. As we prepare for our next project, we’re seeking a passionate Casting Coordinator to assist us in organizing and managing talent for current and future productions.
Purpose of the Role 🎯
Ensure Tikvah finds and organizes talented individuals for our upcoming projects, helping us share hope and faith through compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Review audition submissions and assist in scheduling auditions (both in-person and virtual).
- Maintain a comprehensive talent database with headshots, reels, and contact details.
- Communicate with actors regarding next steps, roles, and callbacks.
- Support the Director and Producer in identifying the right talent for each role.
What We’re Looking For 🌟
- 1–2+ years of experience in casting, talent management, or coordination (professional or volunteer).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- A passion for faith-based storytelling and a heart for creative collaboration.
- Familiarity with casting platforms or Google Workspace is a plus.
Time Commitment ⏰
Approximately 5–7 hours per week, mainly during pre-production and casting phases.
