Case Manager - Mandarin Speaking (Mandatory) 🚨

The Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive advocacy and support services to families with children affected by housing challenges. This involves direct engagement through assessment, goal-setting, and building collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external service providers to help families achieve stability. The role emphasizes client-centered approaches by establishing housing plans, coordinating vocational and educational services, and connecting families with financial resources for permanent housing solutions. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

🌟 Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive trauma-informed case management: Support families through advocacy, education, and resource coordination.
  • Complete intake and assessments: Evaluate needs related to stability and safety.
  • Offer trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention: Assist residents during urgent situations.
  • Administrative responsibilities: Maintain timely and accurate documentation to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Practice culturally and linguistically sensitive approaches: Engage residents, staff, CBOs, and stakeholders respectfully and effectively.
  • Participate in professional development: Attend internal and external trainings to sharpen clinical skills.
  • Attend scheduled meetings: Weekly supervision, group case discussions, monthly conferences, and staff meetings.
  • Additional duties: Perform tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services and Program Director.

🎓 Education, Certifications, and Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
