• Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin, bilingual skills preferred
• Availability in Brighton, Boston (Chinatown), Belmont, Brookline, Malden, or Lexington
• Willing to work short-hour cases
• Reliable transportation required for commuting to clients' homes

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship into clients' homes
• Assist with daily activities — bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living environments
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues when needed
• Respect clients' diverse personalities, preferences, and behaviors with professionalism
