Overview

We are actively seeking a Bilingual Caregiver Service Specialist fluent in Spanish or Creole who is committed to impactful work. This is an on-site role based at our Brooklyn office, with weekly pay between $23-$24 per hour. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences and desired hours, and ensure information is accurate and current in all systems
- Monitor caregiver performance – support patients with personal care, ensuring quality service
- Ensure caregiver compliance – adherence to state requirements such as in-service trainings and background checks
- Proactively engage new caregivers – welcome, support, and communicate regularly
- Recognize and motivate caregivers – through ongoing communication, recognition, and engagement opportunities
- Review caregiver satisfaction surveys – and take appropriate actions where needed
- Address caregiver questions and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned, reflecting essential functions and evolving responsibilities
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise and provide feedback to staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in conflict resolution
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude
Education and Experience:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
- Additional requirements per state or local regulations
Management Authority
- Trains other team members
- Provides guidance and direction to colleagues
Physical Requirements 💪
- Ability to move within offices and clients' homes, including stairs
- Effective communication skills to exchange information clearly
