Overview

We are actively seeking a Bilingual Caregiver Service Specialist fluent in Spanish or Creole who is committed to impactful work. This is an on-site role based at our Brooklyn office, with weekly pay between $23-$24 per hour. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences and desired hours, and ensure information is accurate and current in all systems
• Monitor caregiver performance – support patients with personal care, ensuring quality service
• Ensure caregiver compliance – adherence to state requirements such as in-service trainings and background checks
• Proactively engage new caregivers – welcome, support, and communicate regularly
• Recognize and motivate caregivers – through ongoing communication, recognition, and engagement opportunities
• Review caregiver satisfaction surveys – and take appropriate actions where needed
• Address caregiver questions and issues
• Perform other duties as assigned, reflecting essential functions and evolving responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Leadership skills to supervise and provide feedback to staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in conflict resolution
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude

Education and Experience:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
• Additional requirements per state or local regulations

Management Authority

• Trains other team members
• Provides guidance and direction to colleagues

Physical Requirements 💪

• Ability to move within offices and clients' homes, including stairs
• Effective communication skills to exchange information clearly
