Objective

Caregivers have the opportunity to work independently in clients' homes or healthcare facilities, providing essential personal care and companionship. Their responsibilities include:

• Providing clients with companionship, socialization, and mental stimulation 😊
• Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and activities 🚗
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene 🚿👕
• Assisting with transfers and ambulation 🦽
• Providing medication reminders 💊
• Preparing and cooking meals 🍽️

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease 🧠
• Empathy and the ability to care for clients' social, emotional, physical, and mental needs ❤️
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations 🚨
• Physical capability to reach, lift, or pull up to 50 pounds safely 💪
• Occasional pushing/pulling activities and bending/kneeling to complete tasks 🔧
• Physical strength and stamina to sustain demanding care duties 🏋️‍♂️

Salary Range

$20.00 per hour

License & Certification Requirements

• Current HCA Certification (Preferred) ✅
• Driver's License (Preferred) 🚗
