🚀 How You Will Contribute & What You Will Learn

• Customer and Product Line Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer network teams—understanding their architecture, requirements, and deployment constraints.
  • Work closely with Product Line Management to provide valuable field feedback and facilitate smooth feature integration.
• Network Integration and Deployment:
  • Plan, configure, and execute the integration of new and upgraded IMS core elements into live cellular networks (4G/5G).
  • Hands-on deployment and configuration of:
    • NTAS
    • CFX
    • SBC
• Troubleshooting and Emergency Support:
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and defect resolution for complex multi-vendor IMS issues using diagnostic tools like Wireshark.
  • Analyze call flows and signaling protocols (SIP, Diameter) to quickly identify and resolve service-impacting failures.
  • Provide vital emergency support to restore service swiftly, minimizing network downtime.
• Lawful Interception (LI) Expertise:
  • Implement and verify LI solutions within the IMS infrastructure.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant LI standards and interfaces.

🔑 Key Skills and Experience

Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Core Network Engineer in a telecom operator or vendor environment.
• Mandatory: Fluency in both spoken and written Hebrew — essential for effective communication with local customers and partners.
• High classification clearance from the Israeli government (preferably already obtained).
• Deep hands-on experience with IMS architecture, including NTAS, CFX, and SBC components.
• Proven expertise in Lawful Interception system configuration, testing, and integration.
• Understanding of cloud-native and virtualized network functions (VNF/CNF) deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Nice to Have

• Good knowledge of IP networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional to Hebrew).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
