Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Minimum of 6 months of interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain high accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with permission or at the client’s request

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Operating system: Windows 10 or Mac
