Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Cantonese
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain high accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, when appropriate or requested by the client

Technical Requirements

• 90% proficiency in English
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Compatible with Windows 10 or Mac
