Your Role as a Polish Speaking Call Center Specialist

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their healthcare experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to helping others, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do 🚀

Be the Voice and Advocate for Our Patients

  • Serve as the primary phone contact for patients across multiple clinics.
  • Provide empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support.
  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • De-escalate concerns, ensuring patients feel heard, valued, and supported.

Appointment Scheduling & Care Coordination

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Provide clear instructions regarding visits, documentation, and next steps.
  • Coordinate communication among providers, clinics, pharmacies, and partners.
  • Support pre- and post-visit workflows, including reminders and follow-ups.

Patient Records & Documentation

  • Accurately update patient information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and clearly.

Remove Barriers & Improve Access

  • Identify and address care barriers like scheduling conflicts and access issues.
  • Guide patients to appropriate services and resources.
  • Explain services and processes with clarity to support patients effectively.

Service Excellence & Performance

  • Deliver high-quality patient experiences on every call.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and reduce delays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills 🌟

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume call center or customer service role (healthcare, banking, hospitality, retail preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Polish
  • Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and trust-building ability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with technology and EHR systems (training provided)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare call centers or medical offices
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling and patient coordination
  • Experience handling escalated or difficult calls
  • Familiarity with EHR systems
