What You’ll Do
Be the Voice and Advocate for Our Patients
- Serve as the primary phone contact for patients across multiple clinic locations 📞
- Provide compassionate, professional, and solution-focused support
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality
- De-escalate concerns, ensuring patients feel heard and supported
Appointment Scheduling & Care Coordination
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
- Guide patients with clear instructions regarding visits, documentation, and next steps
- Coordinate communications among providers, clinics, pharmacies, and external partners
- Support pre- and post-visit workflows including reminders and follow-ups
Patient Records & Documentation
- Accurately update patient information in EHR systems 🗂️
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Thoroughly document all patient interactions
Remove Barriers & Improve Access
- Identify and address access challenges like scheduling conflicts
- Guide patients to appropriate services or resources
- Explain services and processes clearly to patients
Service Excellence & Performance
- Deliver a high-quality patient experience on every call 😊
- Meet performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and reduce delays
- Engage in ongoing training and improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service (healthcare, banking, hospitality, retail)
- Bilingual in English and Polish 🗣️
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust quickly
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Comfortable with technology, including EHR systems (training provided)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare call centers or medical office settings
- Experience with appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Handling escalated calls or challenging situations
