Position Overview

Chris Ligori & Associates, a forward-thinking and innovative law firm, is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call center operations, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
  • Manage a team of 3 to 4 call center employees.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Handle incoming calls, gathering client information from current and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Consistently goes above and beyond in job duties.
  • Achieves and exceeds performance goals regularly.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
