Position Overview
Chris Ligori & Associates, a forward-thinking and innovative law firm, is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise daily call center operations, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
- Manage a team of 3 to 4 call center employees.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Handle incoming calls, gathering client information from current and potential clients.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
- Enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding effective solutions.
- Consistently goes above and beyond in job duties.
- Achieves and exceeds performance goals regularly.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
