We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our logistics operations through data analysis, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and strategic insights.

Core Roles & Responsibilities 🎯

• Support KPI management and performance monitoring across logistics operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, budget tracking, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards including KPI results, financial performance, and operational insights.
• Support planning and improvement initiatives aimed at cost optimization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, and IT for planning and reporting activities.
• Assist in ad-hoc business analysis and special projects as requested by management.

Requirements 📋

• Fluency in Korean (verbal and written) is mandatory; professional proficiency in English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business planning, finance, logistics, or data analysis (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BW, TMS, or WMS is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience with data modeling and sophisticated technology to support business decisions is highly preferred.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
