Role: Business Development Representative (Italy & English)

We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to join our Italian Sales team. In this role, you will support our growth initiatives, manage key relationships, and take full responsibility for sales and customer engagement within your region. Your ultimate goal will be to acquire, onboard, and retain customers effectively. 🚀

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming applications 📥
• Developing and expanding the client base, finding new customers 🌱
• Assisting in the design of orders 📝
• Monitoring and controlling payments 💰
• Implementing and following sales plans 🎯
• Maintaining CRM system accuracy and updates 🖥️

Requirements

• Proven successful sales experience 💼
• Fluent proficiency in English and Italian 🗣️
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in foreign languages 🗨️
• Experience living abroad is a plus ✈️
