About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with an emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and outbound activities. As the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, you will play a crucial role in building our pipeline and fueling Unframe's next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
- 🔎 Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- ✅ Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- 🤝 Research accounts and customize outreach to decision-makers
- 📊 Track activity in our CRM and refine messaging strategies
What We're Looking For
- 🎯 3+ years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), preferably in B2B SaaS
- 🗣️ Cold outreach and prospecting experience
- 🌍 Fluent in English and German; Dutch is a plus
- 🛠️ Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
- ✨ Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
