Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative in Italy 🇮🇹

As we expand our commercial activities across Europe and launch innovative products like FeelKits and Alteryon, we're looking for ambitious, action-oriented professionals to support our growth in Italy. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on revenue within a dynamic, AI-native environment.

Role Overview

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, focusing on:

  • Supporting outbound sales efforts
  • Qualifying leads
  • Scouting for partnerships
  • Building early-stage client relationships within the Italian market

Your main goal is to:

  • Create qualified opportunities
  • Help develop a high-quality sales pipeline for Sensory Design and Alteryon

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives
  • Execute outbound activities such as cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach toward target accounts
  • Assist the Head of Growth in identifying new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities relevant to AI, innovation, and digital products
  • Conduct research on prospects, competitors, and market signals
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Gather insights from prospects to enhance positioning and offers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and support sales funnel reporting
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers in a B2B context
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or equivalent
  • Structured approach: disciplined follow-up, pipeline management, documentation
  • Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments
  • Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory
  • German language skills are a plus

Note: An existing client portfolio is advantageous but not essential; execution ability is prioritized.
