  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly SAO targets by effectively converting prospects into opportunities.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using industry knowledge to identify key players and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Implement multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, social media) using Outreach.io to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and report prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce for clear visibility and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build targeted campaigns and attend regional events to generate leads and drive SAOs.
  • Document, review, and improve BDR processes, mentoring new hires to ensure quick ramp-up and success in key accounts.

🛠️ What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in Polish is essential.
  • Energetic and positive phone skills with excellent listening abilities and strong writing skills.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Proven initiative and ability to independently drive projects to successful outcomes.
  • Alignment with GitLab’s values and a commitment to working in accordance with them.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, roles, and organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Passion for being part of GitLab’s journey and growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry, sales development, marketing, or sales is a plus.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication across teams.
