Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team focused on the Italian market. This role is instrumental in driving our business development initiatives across Italy, requiring a proactive, results-oriented individual who can adapt and optimize processes for maximum performance.

- Or within our Mediterranean hubs in Madrid or Paris
What You'll Do 💼
- Lead Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads in Italy via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify prospects.
- Strategic Campaigns: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting verticals and regions to expand our sales pipeline.
- Enterprise Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to identify, engage, and close large enterprise deals within the Italian market, including Fortune 500-level organizations.
- Nurture: Educate and develop relationships with early-stage prospects for future growth opportunities.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Dataiku and articulate its value to leaders across industries such as Manufacturing, Banking, Fashion/Retail, and Energy in Italy.
- Optimization: Regularly analyze your activities and report insights to improve strategies tailored for the Southern EMEA market.
What You Bring to the Table 🎯
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Italian (verbal and written) is essential.
- Additional Languages: Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is highly advantageous for cross-office collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
- Experience: Proven success in sales or business development within software, technology, or high-growth startups.
- Organization: Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking and optimizing outreach efforts.
- Curiosity: Genuine interest in Data Science, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI innovations.
