We are seeking a dynamic, community-savvy individual to connect with nail salon owners and help them optimize their staff scheduling through our innovative software tool.

About this Role

Our product empowers small nail salons to reduce unnecessary costs by analyzing receipt timestamps to create precise staffing schedules. We offer a free 90-day pilot, followed by a $99/month subscription for ongoing use.

Our primary challenge is reaching salon owners within Vietnamese-American communities, which rely heavily on trusted local networks rather than digital outreach. Therefore, we need someone who already has strong relationships, or can build them, in these communities, to introduce our solution and collect POS data.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 10-15 nail salons weekly in your local areas (e.g., Forest Hills, Flushing, Sunset Park, Bensonhurst) to promote the free pilot in person 🚶‍♂️💬
• Follow up via Zalo, Facebook, or text in the language preferred by the owner 📱🌐
• Assist owners in exporting their POS data from systems like Square, Vagaro, Booker, or GlossGenius, using provided cheat sheets 📝🔧
• Submit the data for analysis, which will be returned within 48 hours ⏱️📊
• Walk owners through the generated report during a 15-minute call, providing assistance in Vietnamese if needed 🗣️👩‍💻
• Convert owners to a $99/month subscription after the free 90-day trial 💼💰

Who You Are

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Mandarin or Cantonese a plus, Korean even better 🎓🌐
• Located in NYC, able to visit salons in Queens or Brooklyn 🗽🚶‍♀️
• Comfortable entering family-run businesses in a respectful manner 🤝🏢
• Sales-oriented mindset. Experience selling products or services, formal or informal, is a plus 💼🤝
• Bonus points: prior experience in nail salons, beauty distribution, or salon-related enterprises; or a family connection to salon ownership 💅👪

Compensation & Contract Details

This opportunity is a 1099 contractor partnership, offering:

• Monthly base compensation: $1,500 - $2,500 for 15-20 hours/week 💵⏰
• Commission: 15-20% of recurring revenue from each customer, paid monthly for 12 months
• Estimated annual commission per customer: $178-$237, with potential monthly earnings of $5,300-$7,100 at 30 closed customers within six months 📈💰

Note: This role does not include benefits. It is part-time and ideal for individuals seeking entrepreneurial growth and upside potential.
