About the Role 🛠️

Become an integral part of our Maverick team in Italy, focusing on AV and collaboration solutions. This customer-facing role involves building strategic relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

What You’ll Do 🔍

  • Build and develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic vendors.
  • Define and execute growth plans for your assigned portfolio.
  • Drive sales activities, generate leads, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with vendors on campaigns, initiatives, and market strategies.
  • Support customers with commercial proposals and solution positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Manage activities such as bids, tenders, pricing updates, and customer requests.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AV and collaboration market trends.

What We’re Looking For 🎯

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT, AV, or collaboration solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a good grasp of numbers, margins, and forecasting.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.

Nice to Have 💡

  • Experience with AV/collaboration vendors or technologies.
  • Knowledge of quotation and order management systems.
