About the Role 🛠️
Become an integral part of our Maverick team in Italy, focusing on AV and collaboration solutions. This customer-facing role involves building strategic relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.
What You’ll Do 🔍
- Build and develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic vendors.
- Define and execute growth plans for your assigned portfolio.
- Drive sales activities, generate leads, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with vendors on campaigns, initiatives, and market strategies.
- Support customers with commercial proposals and solution positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Manage activities such as bids, tenders, pricing updates, and customer requests.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AV and collaboration market trends.
What We’re Looking For 🎯
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT, AV, or collaboration solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Analytical mindset with a good grasp of numbers, margins, and forecasting.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
