The Role: Business Development Manager in Italy 🇮🇹
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be a key member of the European Sales Team, specifically supporting our Italian operations. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities and promoting our cybersecurity solutions across Italy. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and have the chance to grow your career in this dynamic field.
What You Will Do 📝
- Develop and manage existing customer accounts in Italy, while hunting for new business opportunities
- Support and expand the IT channel ecosystem
- Execute targeted campaigns through follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing teams on lead management
- Build and forecast the commercial business in your territory under guidance from sales executives
- Target, educate, and persuade new clients to adopt Group-IB products
- Maintain an accurate client database within CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills ✅
- 5+ years of experience selling Cybersecurity and/or Fraud Protection solutions
- Experience with cybersecurity vendors or system integrators is a plus
- Proactive, results-oriented Hunter personality
- Client-centric approach and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of indirect sales channels
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Passion for cybersecurity and high-tech innovations
- Fluency in English and Italian
