Who We Are Looking For 🎯
We seek a motivated individual to join our Business Development team, helping Israeli companies penetrate or expand within the U.S. market. This role involves engaging with high-tech sectors including Cybersecurity, Fintech, Life Science, Digital Health, Automotive, Energy, Industry 4.0, Telecom, IoT, Space, Robotics, Smart Cities, Water-tech, Sustainability, Food-tech, and Consumer Products.
Ideal candidate qualities:
- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong business instincts and quick learner
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
- Previous business development experience is a plus but not required
- US citizenship or an active US work permit is mandatory
- Candidates with Israeli citizenship only are ineligible; those with both Israeli and US citizenship are considered Israeli citizens and thus cannot apply
Responsibilities 📝
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and key players in various industries
- Assist Israeli companies in finding resources, business opportunities, and contacts within the U.S. market
- Scout and identify technology solutions for U.S. companies and investors based on specific needs
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings at industry conferences and trade shows
- Lead and execute business events and technology roadshows across the U.S. and Israel
- Attend industry events to foster strong, trusted relationships with corporates and investors
- Manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in U.S. companies and investment firms
- Collaborate with partner organizations, including private and governmental entities, to drive international business activities
- Conduct industry and market research across various verticals
Qualifications 🏆
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields, demonstrating analytical abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Hebrew is a bonus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
- Enthusiastic about innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and international relations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing projects, event logistics, and contact databases is advantageous
- Comfortable working in diverse cross-cultural settings
